I walk these steep stairs everyday, not the prettiest around, but I’ve learned to like them…

Today we took some shelter from the cold wind at the Chelsea Market. We rediscovered there our favourite place to buy fish, which had change quite a bit in the last  months. We also discovered a new cooking shop, and were so amazed about it that we spent quite some time wandering the small aisles.

I am back! Although I arrive back in New York a couple of days ago, it was just impossible to get some free time to update the blog. Today I found the time to process the last photo I just before taking off from Bilbao airport. It’s an HDR photo of Calatrava’s “La Paloma” airport.

Let’s be honest, this is not a broken statue, but kinda looks like.  It is actually quite a big piece, diveded in three pieces, each composed of different number of blocks.

Just before getting in the subway system to get to the airport I came across this scene, which has been very repetitive lately. A bunch of TV mobile units are waiting outside Madoff’s residence. I was able to capture 2 of the TV networks units, but believe, there was 3 more at least around the corner. This photo was taken with my mobile phone, pardon the quality.
