The Armory Show

The Armory Show (The International Fair of New Art) is one of the world’s largest art fair held in New York, and we were lucky to get invitations for this weekend (thanks Javier). So, we showed up to this giantic display of contemporary art that spanned two piers. I am still not sure I understood most of the pieces there, but nevertheless, it was very interesting.

This is the first black and white picture in this blog. I always find difficult to make a black and white conversion, many would say it is an art. I am satisfied with this one, in which I tried to bring up a grainer look to the picture and the faucet in particular.

Tonight I went with a few friends to see “The Winter’s Tale” at the BAM. Guess what, everybody got hungry just as we got to the theater in Brooklyn, producing this other winter tale in the Harvey theater’s cafe… By the way, I very much loved the play.
