This morning I had set my mind to use this toy car in today’s post. It all just clicked when the last rays of sun hit my window in a very shallow angle while crossing the buildings accross down the street. There it was, the highway to the sun.

It is amazing how many of these one can found by wandering a few blocks around, just as many as Porsches.

With summer on its way I took tonight my old path back home, along the east river walkpath. This was my first stop, right at the entrance at 70th St. Expect from photos from this side of Manhattan.

Winter is still here. Last night snowed like crazy, beautiful! And this morning the effects were still visible all over New York. I didn’t pass quite enough time for the snow to melt down into that dark matter of dubious composition that accumulates in the street crossings. It was beautiful! Oh, and it was cold!

Returning to night, cars, movement and back to repetitions. 1st Avenue is always packed with cars, be it day or night, and tonight was not an exception.
