Some years ago a family of parrots decided to make their nest in a tree right next door. These days you can hear them (quite loud).

Revolving door at Toys R Us. Apparently this is what the photographer employees at Toys R Us use as background when shooting their numerous clients. I am guessing they do some kind of postprocessing later, but I am only guesssing (didn’t get to buy it).

Today I got somewhat luky, as a horse carriage just happened to pass by while I was shooting this steam vent in 5th Ave. Today I got somewhat unluky as being so dark already and the horse running in at quite a peace I was only able to capture a ghost. I was nice dream, though.

We went tonight to see Rigoletto at the Met. Of course cameras were extrictly prohibited in the opera house, but I managed not in the beautiful hall. This shot was taken at the exit. It is amazing how many people fit in this place.
