Another typical store type in New York, the 24-hours deli. Anything you need, be it a football night or romantic night, they got it.

This is such an iconic place, I was dying to capture it. This time I used a tripod to get the subject (restaurant) perfectly focused and then waited for some cars to get their lights to accentuate the scene. With a long exposure of 1 sec, the is no trace of the cars, but the lights are kept.

This morning I prepared myself to a raining evening, as announced in TV, I even made my mind to the type of picture I would take. But it didn’t rain. Instead I found my self in the corner of York Ave and 75th St shooting at cars rushing thru the night. I could have stayed there all night, but people started to stare at me and it was getting cold. After processing the pictures, this is my favorite.
