Saw last night Dreamgirls at the famous Apollo Theater. Quite a show, wonderful, amazing voices. One problem only problem, the row in front: for starters they arrived late once the show had started. The girl just in front of me didn’t stop to use her phone during the whole show, mostly( but not limited!) to messaging. In the second act they again arrived late, but with a surprise in their hands: McDonalds sandwiches or tacos, still not sure, any way, smelly odors and multiple noises from paper bags and drinks. Of course they left just in time to block the final act. Quite an alternative show!

The Armory Show (The International Fair of New Art) is one of the world’s largest art fair held in New York, and we were lucky to get invitations for this weekend (thanks Javier). So, we showed up to this giantic display of contemporary art that spanned two piers. I am still not sure I understood most of the pieces there, but nevertheless, it was very interesting.
